Our hotel is set in a central location very close to a bus stop right outside the venue-for the Big Bus tour which is nice, and bus station. Hivernage district is worth seeing. An authentic restaurant serves amazing food. Every visit to Marrakesh we like to stay here.

In overall, the place is excellent, has very professional staff at night shift. The room is big size and warm, comes with nice view and good air condition, as example. The authentic restaurant serves amazing food. No reason to complain, we will be returning here soon when in Marrakesh.

this hotel met requirements in every way, 100% recommend. i enjoyed to be here, everything was really good. central location was a plus. it was a pretty comfortable area, an excellant base for me. had supper in an authentic restaurant.

Excellent venue, with nice pool and marvellous location close to train and bus station. A lot of amazing food. Location so close to a bus stop right outside the hotel-for the Big Bus tour which is nice, marrakesh and the airport. 15 minutes walk to Gueliz. What a real good stay, no complaints.

Breakfast with a full Continental. Central location in restaurant at 9PM. And close enough to the garden, transport, and a quiet area of marrakech.

The staff at the cafe, especially Hasan and Sufian, were extremely helpful and friendly. The room service lady found and returned a lost diamond wedding ring. The reception girls were also friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and bar staff. The staff goes the extra mile to solve any issues and make guests comfortable.

We did not stay at the hotel we booked, the map on the website was so inacuraate w e not find the Ibis Palmerie but having past the Ibis next to the station we went there to ask directions and were informed the hotel we had booked was on the outskirts of town so we cancelled our booking and stayed at the Ibis adjacent to the railway station

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The shower did not drain. The room was dirty and the staff was smug and rude. I will never stay in an Ibis hotel again and I would never recommend it to anyone. They should be ashamed to call themselves a hotel. They are more like a rat hole.

Everything. The location was outside the city while the description said it was close to the city center--a total lie! It's no where near the city center.

I recently stayed at Ibis in Marrakech for a week-long vacation. The small yet comfortable room was perfect for my needs, and the breakfast offered was delicious. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional staff. From the bar to the reception, everyone was incredibly professional and went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the bathroom and the stunning view from my room. The cafe staff, especially Hasan and Sufian, were friendly and helpful, and one of the room service ladies even found and returned a lost diamond wedding ring. I am truly grateful for their honesty and genuine care. I had a fantastic experience at Ibis and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was absolutely great with excellent personnel at night shift. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed a lot of food they served. Central location so close to the airport, and the restaurant by yourself, it was in a relaxing area. I ate at the authentic restaurant near the venue.
